Conductor:

A flexible strand composed of soft annealed copper per ASTM B-3 tin coated per ASTM B-33; meeting the requirements of AAR specification No. 591, Table 11.

Separator:

A paper or other suitable separator will be supplied on sizes #5 AWG and larger; may be supplied on smaller sizes at the manufacturer's option.

Insulation:

Ethylene Propylene Rubber meeting the requirements of AAR 591, Table No. 1.

Jacket:

Heavy duty chlorosulfonated polyethylene meeeting the requirements of AAR 591, paragraph 5.
