Description: A thermocouple is a device consisting of two metals, usually in wire form, joined in two places. If a temperature difference exists between the junctions, a voltage is generated that can be calibrated to indicate temperature. Special metal alloys designated by KX, JX, TX, EX, NX or SX are used in specified applications. XLP insulation, shielded or non-shielded, with various jackets are available.

Application: For industrial applications requiring precise temperature measurement. Carbon composite curing for aircraft, aerospace, boilers, furnaces, ovens, heat treating and annealing in the production metals and metal parts of all types, precise temperature measurement in pharmaceuticals, chemicals and petrochemicals, cryogenics, HVAC, automotive, food processing plants, appliances, sensors…and more.
